"These are skinny, crispy, fried potato pancakes. They are delicious!! This recipe has been exceeded down generations in my Polish family. Platski are very easy to make and flavor splendid. But I have to provide you with a warning: those are very addictive!!"

4 massive potatoes, grated
1 teaspoon onion powder
half of teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt, or to flavor
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon all-reason flour
ground black pepper to flavor
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions :

Prep : 10M	Cook : 4M	Ready in : 30M

In a medium bowl combine potatoes, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, paprika, flour and pepper. Mix very well.
Coat a medium skillet with oil and heat on medium-high. Using a fork or spoon quick spread a skinny layer of potato combination over the complete bottom of the pan. Make the pancake as thin as feasible, with out gaps or holes. Fry for two minutes, or till golden brown. Flip with a spatula and cook on the other facet.
Repeat with last potato combination.
