Pasta with Kielbasa and Sauerkraut

12 oz dry ziti pasta
three tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 crimson bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced into half inch pieces
12 oz sauerkraut, tired and rinsed
2 tablespoons prepared Dijon-fashion mustard
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1/four cup white wine
2 tablespoons chopped sparkling parsley

Instructions :
