Butter Pecan Ice Cream

1/3 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, crushed
1 half cups half of-and-1/2 cream
half of cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions :

In a small skillet over medium heat, cook pecans in butter until lightly browned and aromatic, stirring constantly, approximately 3 to five mins. Set aside.
Whisk eggs in a blending bowl; set aside. Combine brown sugar and half and 1/2 in a saucepan and blend well. Bring to a boil over medium-excessive heat; remove from warmth.
