- 2 cups lukewarm milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup diced cooked ham
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- three eggs, lightly crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pinch floor nutmeg

- Slice rolls finely and soak in milk, till moist but now not soggy.
- Melt butter in a small skillet and saute ham with onion and parsley.
- Fill a big saucepan with salted water and produce to a boil. Meanwhile, upload eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg to bread/milk mixture and combine with ham/onion saute. Mix properly and form into dumplings.
