- 1 (eight ounce) can tomato sauce

- 1 tablespoon pink wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon floor allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon floor cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 3 tablespoons all-cause flour
- 1/four teaspoon floor black pepper
- 1 half cups milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (one hundred seventy five tiers C).
