  • Cream Sauce:
  • half cup butter

  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon floor nutmeg
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions :
